Nintendo announced yesterday the birth of a new member of its portable family, the new Nintendo 2DSXL. This console, is a revamp of the 2DS, which was revamp of the original 3DS, but without the 3D effect that wasn’t able to hit the mark with consumers when it was launched.
The new Nintendo 2DSXL features a slicker, foldable design with a screen similar to that of the new Nintendo 3DSXL. It features NFC support for Amiibo figures and it can be found in blank, blue colors.
The system will be available on July 28 at a 150$ price. That same day Hey! Pikmin and Miitopia will be launched for the portable DS family
